Minneapolis snow sculptures

Seriously I have waited for years to see this snow art!! Thanks for stopping by my ice sculpture adventure! So fun to see the sculptures here at the Minnesota state fairgrounds! So many years I have missed it and I am finally here!  So much snow - grateful for my Taos boots!  This teapot is my favorite of all of the sculptures!  Tea and cupcakes! Perfect time to visit at sunset  Look at the detail on the cupcakes!  Snow icing! Oscar!!!  Grateful for friends that braved the cold!  To explore with me!  I don't know how they decide what to sculpt but Osca made me smile! Bees and honeycomb!  So detailed  This is a snow slab- waiting for  masterpiece to be created!  A snow maze!  Iowa has corn mazes and Minnesota has a snow maze  This bat and leaf are my second favorite! Branson Top of the Rock Dec 2025

Thank you CVS for selling this postcard!  I love sending postcards and delight in them being places I have actually seen. A postcard was the beacon to a delightful afternoon at Top of the Rock! What a visual feast and the brunch was to die for! Also part of a return trip to Branson in the future!  It's $10 to get to the visitor center  Loved the tree here too!  The animals delighted me! I let out a howl when I saw this wolf!  The majestic Moose  The elegant Elk  And the dear Deer!  Found it!  The church didn't open for tours for hours but we could admire it from a balcony outside the Osage restaurant  Beautiful sculptures paying tribute to the American Indians  This is the lobby area and this majestic Mammoth skeleton greeted us. This is my favorite prehistoric animal which made me squeel with delight  These tusks!!  Look at those feet!!!  The stained glass work framed the room with a story of these beasts. Were they ...
